There is no Honor is giving an “F” Rating to anyone.

This is going to a former Congressman who was running for President this past year and he is the kind of Elected Official we hope to get out of being our Representative. He has been trying to get noticed, so you have to give him and A for effort. I got his emails everyday, sometimes 2 or 3. I have to admit, he does offer some good things but for Veterans, he’s a no-go.

This is the kind of Politician we would like to see, "not", in an Congress. It is important for members of Congress to reply to Veterans questions, and not hide or run away. This was the perfect person to contact, and yet he decided not to even respond to me and my questions.

Even though this candidate is a Veteran and was in the Navy during the Gulf War, he has not mentioned to anyone that the Veterans Administration is now doing a $170,000,000 study of Gulf War Veterans and their Children. The VA states that 32% of the 750,000 troops that were sent over to the Theater of Operations during the Gulf War have some very serious health issues. And the barzar thing about the study is, The VA knows 32% of us have some very nasty issues, but the Veterans Administration still has no problem with denying our benefits claim without ever knowing the findings from the $170,000,000 study 5 years from now.  Anyway, We did not get any information from him about this study.  However, on the same note, I have not heard any information about this study from any of the presidential candidates now on the stump, Veteran or not. And of course, there was this issue.

The Veterans Rating System will hold high the failure of any Representative that does not get back to any Veteran.

And now let me explain, a few years after my sons death, I reached out to Admiral Joe Sestak, my congressman,  about the death of my son and, well... he just never got back to me, a few times. Here’s what happened and why HE WAS one of the best man to talk to about this.

I started my Air Force Reserve service in December of 1975 and retired in December of 1998 with 23 years of service. 18 years of service was as a Flight Engineer (1) on the C5 aircraft and always stationed at Dover AFB, Delaware with the 326th MAS.

Our unit was one of the first units activated in August of 1990 for the Gulf War.  My activation lasted 1 year, until August of 1991.

Our mission was to pick up troops anywhere in the States, along with their equipment, supplies, vehicles, whatever else they needed, and take them downrange to the theater of operations in the Gulf Area or anywhere else in the world as needed. This was a mission that normally takes 7 to 14 days on average, within that year I did about 26 of them, some crew members did more, some less. Our Squadraunt policy was 2 Flight Engineers, 4 to 5 Pilots, and a lot of Loadmasters. Some of our days where well over 24 hours long. But, it was war time and the troops and material had to be moved. So we got in the mode and pushed on.

Before every mission, the crew would always have a Mission Briefing by the Aircraft Commander, just like in the movies. The Commander would go over where we were going, who was in charge of what, safety issues, cargo load, weather, fuel load, and whatever else that was going to affect the crew, and the airframe during the mission. Even though our mission would change all the time,  and would, it sometimes would change as soon as we left Dover Air Force Base. The briefing that use to be 15 minutes long, after a few missions, now took a few minutes with the AC telling us where our first pickup location is when we leave Dover AFB and , and then - wherever. And then after takeoff we were meat in the system, follow the flow wherever that would take us. We were then in the system and would go wherever we were directed.  While the Aircraft Commander was wrapping up one of our mission briefings, he told us, “ The briefing is over and the men in the back of the room wanted to talk to us". I turned my head around just like every other crew member, there were 2 med tech's in their whites and 2 security policeman fully loaded with their sidearms unleashed and carrying M16’s, and my guess was they wanted more then just to talk to us. I mean, I’ve never seen anything like this in 18 years of being a Flight Engineer, especially at a Mission Briefing.

Right off the bat one of the Med Techs told us,  "We are going to give you a shot, put away your shot records.” We basically told them to “F off”.

They told us, “ You have 2 options".

Option 1. Put away your shot records and you will take this shot. (The problem with that is that we were on a mission and in accordance to regulations we shall wait 24 hours for any shot you take to perform any flight duties. Also it is against regulations to not put all your shots in your shot record.)

Option 2. If you don't take the shot, you will be handcuffed, taken to jail, and then Court-Martialed.

Not giving us any information on what the shot was, what it does, any side effects, we all took the shots..... and proceeded on with our mission. The mission came first.

At that point we were not thinking of Agent Orange, looking at a nuclear blast, Mustard gas test, Tuskegee, or any other of the Government experiments you can look up on Google. (2,3)

We were just given the experimental shot for the Anthrax Vaccine. Untested and unapproved by the FDA. (4)

Later we found out that some of us were told to never give blood again, some bleed from their backside, others were told things but not one of us were told not to have sexual relations with anyone. (At the present time on the labels of the Anthrax vaccine, that pregnant women should not take this shot. To bad they still don’t tell the men if they plan to have a child, wait 90 days or whatever the FDA would suggest if they would look into this. I mean, after all, it’s a damn experimental drug with no idea of results or any tracking of results.) (5)

Anyway, after that mission, I did not have to report back for 24 hours off, I took the 2 1/2 hour ride home, and my son was then conceived. 13 years later my 12 year old son died.  My son had headaches and a few other issues but we thought he was good with no big issues. And he never had a seizure before, and then on December 15th, 2003 had his first, and they just kept on going for 17 days. He was having up to 20 seizures an hour. And then on Christmas eve the 12 doctors at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia gave us the options. And then we took him off his life support at 3:15pm, January 1st, 2004, at 3:30pm he died.  (6)

Not knowing what the cause was on his death certificate, it turned out that he had a birth defect that we didn't know anything about, and that triggered what killed him. I looked it up and it referred me over to Gulf War syndrome.  It all matched up, 12 years old and my son Dan died of Gulf War Syndrome. Turns out, it’s all about options. I should have taken option number 2, 13 years ago.

Should I have known something was wrong? Should every Veteran been told about the hazards and what to look for? Yes, and we could have since Congress was looking for answers since 1996 and wrote it into law. However, the DOD and VA was not buying any of this and basitly did not do anything. (7)

Sad part is, if the VA, or DOD, or the Senate, were to tell us there is a problem, they could have told us. If your child or the Veteran has headaches our Doctors could have give you a pill to take. You see, headache pills are sort of seizure pills, it prevents them. My son would still be here today. But, the DoD and VA are still hiding this information.

You see, like some lifelong, or lasting events like when JFK was killed, or Martin Luther King was shot, or when Michael OD, you just remember those things, where you were. Well if you were to ask any Veteran of the Gulf War, “Where did they give you that shot? they would remember the time and where the shot was given. I got mine in the Briefing room with the 2 med techs and 2 security police just doing their job.

Like any Father who has a child that was hurt or died, you want, or no - you need to know just what the hell happened. I would search online for hours, then days, then months, that turned into years and here’s Admiral Joe in October of 2009, my Congressman. I reached out to him through Daniel R Wilmoth, Esq, The Congressman's District Representative 2 times. Each time… no response. I just wanted to know what was in the shot and how much of it was pumped into me. I still want to get that answer but the VA and DoD will not give out that information. And Admiral Joe? Missing in action.

As it turned out, Admiral Joe WAS the best man to reach out too at that time. The Department of Defence was doing experiments on troops. You know, those shots they gave us during the war that we had to put away our shot records…..yes, that experiment. It turns out that in 1990 the FDA did not approve the Anthrax drug since they did not do any research on the Dosage. My half assed research (that DOD and VA will not share) shows that the DOD gave some units one dosage, other units other dosages. This can be verified by the amount of members who died in the last 29 years from different units all over the country. In the unit I was in, if you look at the death count and causes of death, well, lets just say that should set off any alarm for percentage of losses in any experiment.

March 1990, Army Doctor Takafuji of the Army Surgeon General’s office describes the anthrax vaccine as an “experimental vaccine”

September 4, 1990 the FDA had a concern about the potency testing problems. The FDA and MDPH aware of problems with the potency test as early as 1990 but have yet to develop an accurate test for potency. As late as October of 2000 the potency testing problems continued to be unresolved

January 28, 1991, at a Senate Government Affairs Hearing on Anthrax use by DoD, hearings reveals that the military officials told Senator John Glenn’s committee in August 1989 that the only available anthrax vaccine was not suited to mass troop vaccinations because of a “higher than normal rate of reactogenicity,” or adverse medical effects, and its relative lack of effectiveness once the troops were exposed to the germ.

I had a lot of questions for Admiral Joe and I know he could have found the answers. But, he would have had to first respond to me. At that time I understand his child had issues. Well, according the the VA at the present time, up to 32% of the 750,000 troops that went to the Gulf War have very bad health issues. Along with that, the VA just found out, or I should say the VA finally gave out information last year, that since the 1980’s The University of Boston has been doing studies on male sperm and the effects of the male with drugs, drinking, and effects of chemicals and how they affect the sperm and a child's development and birth defects of the child. I have been putting these studies into my VA claims for years.

The bottom line from the University of Boston is, hey guys - DON'T PUT ANY SHIT IN YOUR BODY FOR 6 MONTHS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BE A FATHER.  (If you can’t wait that long just wait 80 days so your sperm has a chance to renew and get that crap out of you) YOU HAVE THE FIRST 6 MONTHS BEFORE GETTING YOUR PARTNER PREGNANT, AFTER GETTING YOUR PARTNER PREGNANT, IT IS HER RESPONSIBILITY. Do that and you will cut down on birth defects by over 50%.

Who knew? The effects of that shot we took does have an effect on our children. A lot of the issues are Neurological disorders, like brain cancer, headaches, seizures, and so on.   Sort of the same issues Admiral Joes child may have, and my son did have. That is if he had taken that mandatory shot that the other 750,000 troops had to take. Maybe Admirals didn’t have to take those experimental shots, I mean after all, Dick Cheney was the Secretary of Defence and he sure as hell didn’t take the experimental shot that he ordered everyone else to take. I read one story that Dick hid under a desk after 911 afraid he was infected by anthrax. That shows a lot of confidence in giving out mandatory shots to troops. But, what do I know?

Anyway, my thinking at that time was, since my son had neurological issues and Admiral Joe’s child had neurological issues, that “Admiral Joe” would jump in and warn the other 10’s of thousands of children of Gulf War Veterans. But no, not our “Admiral Joe”, no response, twice.

Or maybe he did not want to respond to me since the price of the Stock for Bioport (the manufacturer of the shot) went up over 350% and the company had spent well over 5 million dollars for 50 lobbyists that year. And I just didn’t have 5 million for a lobbyist, so, I guess that = no response. For whatever reason, he just never got back to me, never referred me over to anyone else, just didn’t care, I don’t know why. All I know was he had a background with this vaccine, his history of service working in the White House and knew his troops had the vaccine…. He just didn’t get back to me or send any response at all.

And even today  when the VA will be spending $170,000,000 on a study for Gulf War Veterans and their Children, he still isn’t spreading the word to Veterans and their children to make contact to the VA to be part of this study.

And, since the Department of Defence was the major agency buying the vaccine from Bioport, and since a former Admiral William Crowe, Jr.  was given 10% of the company shares, my guess was that this was a well entrenched money maker for the Admirals and Generals retirement program. I mean, well, when the shot was first given out it cost a few bucks a shot, When I reached out to Admiral Joe, BioPort and shares were sold and the price jumped to over $24.50.

BIOTHRAX

ANTHRAX VACCINE, ADSORBED (AN thraks VAK seen, ad SAWRB) is a vaccine. It is used to prevent infections of anthrax. People at high risk for exposure include people that work with animals or animal by-products. Routine immunization with this vaccine is not recommended. This vaccine is not approved to prevent anthrax.

All in all, this shot was, and is, useless and no one ever had to test it out, a lot of people made a good return.

I could be wrong, and I don’t have the shareholders report of ownership so I could be very wrong but.... I always wondered what it takes for a Congressman, Senitor, Admiral, or General to be selling out their troops. Turns out it’s a 350% uptick on a stock you own might just do it. Kind of simple, isn’t it. I mean after all, is this vaccine needed, hell no, it never was. Like a group of guys thinking about what could go wrong and dream up the idea that everyone should take this Anthrax vaccine is crazy. There are new designer chemicals out that that this vaccine will have no effect.. And the last time is was used was by the US Army employee caused he was pissed and the DOD’s claim that we need this vaccine because of One Government employee, is really kind of sad.

And, if you want to know if those shots were ever needed - just look at the CDC website

1. https://www.cdc.gov/anthrax/

2. https://www.cdc.gov/anthrax/medical-care/index.html

3. https://www.cdc.gov/anthrax/medical-care/treatment.html

4. https://www.cdc.gov/anthrax/medical-care/prevention.html

Seams to me, and the CDC,  the troops could have just carried around a few Antibiotics. From their website

Antibiotics can prevent anthrax from developing in people who have been exposed but have not developed symptoms. Ciprofloxacin and doxycycline are two of the antibiotics that could be used to prevent anthrax.

And now the VA is going to spend over 170 million dollars to have an outside study that will take 4 years to do (7), another 4 years to figure out what the study is showing and another few years for the VA to figure out how to proceed with Veteran claims. And by that time most of us will be dead just like the troops in Vietnam, Agent Orange is still being debated and countless are dying everyday. Same thing is happening here with the shots they gave us. My son died from it, others may have and now after 28 years the VA is finally looking into it and the children of the Gulf War Veterans are now parents themselves. According the VA reports passing that same vaccine into their children. I know, who cares? If you are a Veteran of the Gulf War and have a child - you better care. The VA thinks your child and grandchildren may now have that Vaccine in them, or the effects of that vaccine in them.

Anyway, back to Admiral Joe, I have to give him the father of the year for moving mountains for his child. But as for “Admiral joe” protecting your child, well, you can go “F” yourself is the message I got from him by his silence. “Admiral Joe” could have done a world of good for the 10’s of thousands of children (and your child) of the Gulf War Veterans, he could have saved years of research, however he decided not to do anything. He knew the retired Admiral who owned 10% of the company, he knew they hushed up the shots, he knew a lot. And my guess is he just doesn’t want to talk about it, except when it’s his child and election time.

Turns out a few antibiotics would do the trick. Again, we still do not know if the vaccine is effective as it has never been tested with live Anthrax virus. And, this vaccine does not do anything with these agents, https://emergency.cdc.gov/agent/agentlist.asp

We do however know that the vaccine has an effect on your body and your children and their children.

Not all government experiments turn out like Captain America. Please help send Admiral Joe home, back to his multi million government retirement.

``catastrophic illness'' for the purposes of this section.

NOTE, as you can see this does not apply to Reservist and Guard members children. I got a letter from the VA, they don’t do kids. It would have been great in 1997 to receive a warning about children with headaches or things to look for.

Senator Rockafeller noted that this was experimental and put in the

Department of Defence bill that the Department of Defence will check on the troops and see what effects they had. Senators Sanders and Bird put in 10 million dollars to help for this research. And, there was a section of that bill that the Department was to check on the children of those given the shots. That  $10,000,000 was divided up so much that no real study was ever completed and the Department of Defence went back to Congress and told them that they went back to the units and those troops were not there anymore.

Here is a conflict, University of Boston study of male sperm shows the male plays a huge part in birth defects. However, a report by the CDC, “CDC PUBLIC HEALTH GRAND ROUNDS, Understanding the Causes of Major Birth Defects: Steps to Prevention”, clearly shows it all the woman's fault for Birth defects. The report does have one single mention of Daddy doing anything wrong. So according to the CDC, Daddy, go drinking, smoke, take drugs, get high, all good. It’s those women who cause birth defects.

https://www.cdc.gov/grand-rounds/pp/2015/20150120-presentation-birth-defects-h.pdf

Here is an article about Women who Received Anthrax Vaccine in Pregnancy. When you  read this, keep in mind one thing and ask yourself, “Why if the Women taking the vaccine causes a risk of birth defects, what is the reason that the Anthrax vaccination doesn’t effect the male sperm?

https://academic.oup.com/aje/article/168/4/434/106600

Are there people who give a damn about the corruption of this vaccine? Yes, there are groups of them. One of the best is the, “ALLIANCE FOR HUMAN RESEARCH PROTECTION”. This vaccine, in my opinion is such a Bull Shit vaccine that should have never been given to any troops, but it was. And since this vaccine is a now a publicly traded company they needed to expand the sales. And in 2013 our Government was falling for it and was set to test it on our children.  That's right, it wasn’t enough to infect our troops, the new goal was to give this vaccine to every child in America, your child. I understand a lot of people today didn’t read the Mueller Report, but if your a mother or father, read this. It is one of the best researched letters out there and shows how this vaccine is and never was needed and Anthrax could be cured by antibiotics alone.

Anthrax vaccine - To the victor, the spoils

UPDATE, SORRY KIDS, LOOKS LIKE YOUR OUT OF THE STUDY. NOT SURE IF IT’S THE MONEY OR JUST THE “WHAT IF” THEY FIND SOMETHING AND THE CAN OF WORMS THEY WILL FIND.

Here I have to vent here, This really hits home and is personal for me.  Everyone loves Tom Hanks and, well... I do to. Tom does a lot of promos for the VA and supports Veterans.  Tom Hanks also does a lot of pro GI movies like Private Ryan and Band of Brothers, maybe he should do one more that would stop this program. I suggest he should do a movie, or HBO special on, “The Anthrax Vaccination”.  After all this affected 32% of the 750,000 troops and millions of their children in 1990. And then from 1997 to the present, money for nothing with never been used.  The Anthrax story is fascinating, and horrible. The money spent and the damage it does should be well noted and looked at. Billions of dollars for shareholders to make a few bucks for no benefit for the troops and their children.

And, if Tom is to busy, maybe Michael Moore could do it. I really don’t care who does it but this is one shitty vaccine that should be exposed and stopped. I mean after all, Anthrax? What terrorist group has the money for that when they can use Ricin or guns.
