Is the Veterans Administration a little behind? And how does Cannabis help a Veteran?

There is more to Cannabis then getting high, and even if a Veteran gets high, that may be a much better solution then drinking, or worse yet- taking the pills the VA gives you that tunes you out of life for years? There are a lot of questions about Cannabis and the VA must start to use the studies the States are using. And, let's not forget, the Veterans Administration is not going to do a thing until Congress votes it in. And as a reminder, that is why we rate them.

And that is why we are here.

BE COUNTED

What does Banking laws have to do with Veterans and Veterans wanting to use Cannabis? This law is the basicly the beginning for Cannabis retailers, suppliers, and wholesalers the right to use banks to handle their money. The House passed an overwhelmingly majority bipartisan bill to move this forward. And now it is stuck in the Senate with Senator McConnell holding it up. Maybe Senator McConnell didn't, or doesn't, understand the needs of Veterans in Military service since his military service lasted about 5 weeks during the Vietnam area. And this is one of many reasons Senator McConnell will receive a low grade.

AND CAN THE STATES HELP A VETERAN OUT?

And if the Veterans Administration can not help, what about the States who have legalized Cannabis? Can't they help? The simple answer is, YES, they can.

And how can the States help Veterans?

Well, the stores are open and running now in most States, the States can cut the Veterans a break and give them free medical cards and a discount of no tax, or a no tax cost of whatever cannabis the Veterans needs.

What do I mean by no tax cost?

The hidden cost that follows the cannabis throughout the supply chain should be discounted, or taken out of the cost.

The States should mandate the insurance companies to cover the cost of the medical Cannabis. I mean, afterall, it is a drug and should be covered.

This will bypasses the Federal Government and can be done in a few months.

But this would mean the States would actually have to give a shit about the Veterans they so proudly take November 11th and Memorial Day off  for each year.
